Dr Saifee is a native to the San Fernando Valley, born and raised in Tarzana. He completed his undergraduate studies in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology, which a particular focus on microelectronic device design and development. He then went on to complete his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed both residency and glaucoma fellowship training at the University of California, San Francisco — one of the top ophthalmology training programs in the nation — where he developed advanced surgical expertise in cataract and glaucoma procedures.
